When is your favorite love time? At 9 PM, past midnight, or just before dawn? A study called the ideal time to make love turned out to be 10 o'clock at night.

Daniel Pink, the author of When - The Science of Timing, says there is a reason why someone often feels lazy at 3 pm and is happy at 8 pm. This is a combination of stress hormones cortisol and introductory neurotransmitters feeling happy, serotonin.

"At 10 o'clock at night, melatonin has begun to operate, making the body relax but not really sleepy. If you make love at 10 o'clock at night, a relaxed body will make it easier for someone to experience orgasm," said Pink, quoted by the Daily Mail.

10 o'clock at night is also a time when the hormone oxytocin is being high in the body. Oxytocin, commonly called the love hormone, plays a major role in increasing orgasm satisfaction.

But Pink warned not to force yourself to make love at 10 pm if you are not in the mood. Because at 9 o'clock at night is the peak level of the hormone cortisol in the body.

"Going home from work feeling tired can make you irritable because cortisol is high," he said.
