Making love should be a fun activity. But what happens if the opposite is the case? Making love is just a boring routine and tired couples after working in the office.
If you have been or are feeling this at the moment, know some of the causes because if you leave it alone your household harmony can be disrupted.
1. Not in the mood
According to a professor Beverly Whipple, Ph.D., R.N, from Rutgers University the problem is not the mood experienced by women to make love is the most common thing. The background may be due to physical factors such as fatigue, stress and diabetes that make love no longer a pleasant thing.
Using sex hormone therapy can be a solution for women who want to restore their love passion with a partner, you should consult with your doctor before doing the therapy.
2. Problems with arousal
Aruosal is a physiological and psychological condition that is maintained or reactive to a stimulus. Simply put, when a woman does not have a problem with the aruosal system, the female vaginal organs will be ready to receive stimulation from men so that the experience of making love gets better.
One of the causes of this aruosal problem is the lack of blood flow that enters the female vital organ area which causes the production of fluid in the vagina to decrease. Use lubricants from water-based ingredients to overcome this problem.
3. Anorgasmia
Anorgasmia is also known as Coughlan syndrome, a condition where you cannot reach the desired orgasm. This condition is more commonly encountered by women, according to a study from Brown University's Health Education 1 in 3 women experience this anorgasmia problem.
One of the causes of this condition is diabetes, Multiple Sclerosis which attacks the central nerve and cancer that attacks the female reproductive system.
4. Vaginismus
Almost similar to aruosal problems, vaginismus is a sexual dysfunction that occurs in the vagina because the muscles around the vagina close when experiencing a kind of touch around the vaginal area.
This condition is quite common, but because many women do not immediately take early treatment so the exact number is difficult to know. The causes include negative thoughts, experiences of sexual violence and painful conditions in the vagina.
5. Dispareunia
Dyspareunia is a condition of prolonged pain in the female genital area, this can occur before, during and after the love process. According to Stephanie Buehler, PsyD, a psychologist from the Buehler Institute, many women do not consult this problem with doctors to avoid handling it.
Causes of dyspareunia include infections, skin disorders and lack of use of lubricants. This problem can be cured if it is quickly handled by the medical team.
