Not a few people like raw eggs. But in terms of health, is it safe to eat eggs that are not cooked?
In general, eggs cooked or eaten raw have the same nutrients that can optimize your health. However, if raw eggs are consumed immediately, is it still safe or not?

Times of India (27/8) reports that raw eggs have been shown to contain more vitamin D, choline, biotin, and zinc than cooked eggs, because cooking eggs will eliminate some nutrients.
But one study has shown that if you eat raw eggs, you may not be able to absorb biotin, which is a water-soluble B vitamin. Raw eggs are also associated with many health risks. One is that raw eggs are likely to be contaminated with bacteria.
The most common bacterium found in eggs is salmonella, so if you consume it is likely to cause food poisoning, and cause bad effects such as diarrhea, fever, stomach cramps, and headaches. Therefore, doctors and nutritionists recommend cooking eggs before consumption.
To avoid this disease, you should choose eggs that have shells or skin that are clean, intact or not cracked. The surface is smooth, the color of the eggs is not stained, normal shape and odorless.
After buying eggs, eggs should be washed with clean water. Choose eggs that have been pasteurized and always store in the refrigerator. Most importantly, raw eggs should not be consumed by children, pregnant women, and people with low immune systems.
We recommend that you consume cooked eggs because cooking eggs perfectly cooked can make the bacteria in them die. Avoid eating raw eggs because without proper heating bacteria such as salmonella will still live.
