This

Material:
MeatBall:
500 g of beef
2 tablespoons of panir flour
1 egg
2 tablespoons fried shallots
1 tablespoon fried garlic
1 tablespoon basil/parsley leaves
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1/2 tsp dried oregano
2 teaspoons of salt
Sauce:
1 tablespoon butter
30 g of finely chopped onions
1 clove of finely chopped garlic
3 medium-sized red tomatoes, grated or smooth blender
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried basil
2 sheets of bay leaf
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
How to make:
• Prepare a food processor, put all the ingredients in the bowl.
• Process until smooth and smooth.
• If there is no food processor, finely chop the beef.
• Puree shallots and fried garlic.
• Mix all ingredients and knead by hand until smooth.
• Form the meat mixture into balls the size of meatballs.
• Fry with a little oil until browned and cooked. Remove and drain.
Sauce:
• Saute onions and garlic until fragrant.
• Add tomatoes and other ingredients and bring to a boil.
