Besides fried flour, delicious fresh shrimp cooked with butter and garlic seasoning. Although simple it tastes delicious with the scent of garlic.
Material:
4 tablespoons butter
250 g of medium-size shrimp that are peeled and the tail is left
pepper
salt
3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
150 ml of chicken stock
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
How to make:
• Heat 2 tablespoons of butter until it melts in a hot skillet.
• Add shrimp, cook until it changes color. Add pepper and salt then stir well and remove from heat.
• Reheat the pan with butter.
• Add minced garlic and stir until fragrant.
• Pour in the remaining stock with butter and bring to a boil.
• Add shrimp, add lemon juice and parsley.
• Cook until the sauce is slightly shrunk.
Sprinkle with pepper, salt and parsley leaves.
• Stir then lift.
