This Swedish style meatball is juicy with a creamy dipping sauce. Eating with mashed potatoes tastes better.

Material:
80 g of coarse white bread flour
150 ml of milk
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon mustard paste, if desired
MeatBall:
500 g of ground beef
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1 teaspoon salt

Sauce:
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons wheat flour
500 ml of liquid milk
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Complement:
Mashed potatoes
Raspberry jam

How to make:
• Stir bread flour with milk, eggs, and mustard until well blended. Set aside for 15 minutes so that the bread flour is soft.
• In a container, place minced meat and all other ingredients.
• Add bread flour, stirring with milk.
• Stir with your hands until they are completely flat.
• Form the dough into balls the size of meatballs or other sizes according to taste.
• Heat a frying pan, add a little oil and 1 tablespoon of butter.


• Cook the meatballs until they are cooked and browned on both sides. Remove and drain.
• Sauce:
• Heat the butter, saute onions until fragrant and withered.
• Sprinkle flour, stir until smooth and brown.
• Pour milk, stir until smooth.
Sprinkle with pepper and salt. Stir well.
• Serve meatballs with sauce, mashed potatoes, and raspberry jam.
