Material:

200 g of dried egg noodles
cooking oil
MeatBall:
250 g of ground beef/chicken
1 clove garlic, grated
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 chicken egg yolk
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
1 teaspoon salt


How to make:


• Brew the egg noodles in hot water until soft, drain.
• Meat Balls:
• Stir all ingredients until they are completely even.
• Form the dough into balls the size of meatballs.
• Take 3 strands of noodles in a row, gluing the edges together. Place on it 1 meatball.
• Press while rolling over the noodles until the noodles line the meatball neatly. Glue the edges together.
• Do the same with the remaining meatballs.
• Fry in hot oil over medium heat until fully cooked.
• Lift and drain.
• Serve with chili sauce or sweet and sour sauce.
